The community of Byron is mourning the tragic loss of Aidan Hugeback, who died following a single motorcycle crash in Rochester Township.

According to the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred around 4 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Bamber Valley Road SW and Bamber Hills Lane SW.

Investigators said 23-year-old Aidan Hugeback was traveling southbound on his motorcycle when it left the roadway under circumstances that remain under investigation.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene, but Hugeback was pronounced deceased there.

Authorities have not yet released additional details regarding what may have caused the motorcycle to leave the road. The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that the investigation remains ongoing.
