The Cranberry Township community is mourning the tragic loss of Milo Corll, who was found dead two days after a motorcycle crash in Butler County.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, the crash scene was discovered Thursday morning near the entrance ramp to Interstate 79 from Route 228 West in Cranberry Township.

Investigators said 35-year-old Milo Corll was riding a motorcycle onto the ramp when he failed to maintain control and traveled off the roadway onto the southern side of the ramp. Authorities stated the motorcycle struck multiple saplings and dense foliage, causing Corll to be thrown from the bike.

Police said the motorcycle continued traveling before eventually coming to rest on the southern side of Interstate 79’s northbound entrance ramp.

Troopers confirmed that Corll suffered fatal injuries in the crash. Investigators later used footage from neighboring businesses to help determine the time and date of the incident.

The crash remains under investigation as authorities continue reviewing the circumstances surrounding the fatal accident.
